The biggest & toughest match

I remember this day vividly. I can remember waking up at 07:00am and going for breakfast at 08:00am before heading to training at 10:30am to prepare for the match in the evening against FC Honka. The training session was split into two groups, the first group doing set pieces and shooting and the second group doing possession and 5v5 games, which is the group I was in. I did not know I was going to start the game until I was called to stay behind after training for tactical training. During the tactical training we did attack vs defence and the coaches (Patrick Walker & Paul Taylor) showed us how they wanted to see the team play.
Fast-foward to the team talk before the match. That's when the nerves hit and that's when I realised that this was going to be the biggest match of my life so far. I handled the situation well because I knew my role in the team and I knew our game plan, so I was confident going into the game.
We started the match very well but we knew we would have less possession of the ball than FC Honka. They kept the ball very well and it was difficult to break them down, but we gave our best to win the game but unfortunately we lost the game during the second half (2-0).
